I’ve lived here for 2 years, no complaints. Quiet at night, maintenance was quick with all requests. Never a problem with parking, always space in guest parking if main spots full. Security patrol car at night. They e-mail you about all upcoming service, construction, outages, etc. If it weren't for moving jobs, I would've stayed here a couple more years.
